How do I return my parcel?
Please complete the form enclosed within your parcel with your reason for return.
Items can be returned withing 30 days from delivery.
Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition free from perfume and pet hair.
We recommend returning items tracked to prevent any loss or delays for refund/exchange. Please retain proof of postage.
We will consider the overall condition of the product prior to making a refund. Any items that are not resellable will be sent back without refund or exchange.
We do not cover or refund any shipping costs. However we will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged items via our free delivery options. Additional costs may apply if you require tracked or international shipping.
Please ensure that the enclosed return/exchange form states clearly that you want to return or exchange.
